SECOND TERM HOLIDAY BULLETIN FOR 2019/2020


Dear Valued Parents,
On behalf of the Proprietor, (Provost) College of Education, Ikere Ekiti, prof. Adeoluwa, the chairman school management board, Dr. V.I Makinde, I appreciate you all for your cooperation and support for the successful completion of the second term, 2019/2020 academic session.

I am in no small measure full of gratitude for the opportunity to serve you in this outgoing term (2nd term 2019/2020).Working with your children, and getting to know you more has brought me utmost delight and has continued to fuel my passion for this work. I trust God who have been our shepherd and shield from the unseen virus (coronavirus) rampaging the world.

My unalloyed appreciation goes to you for being such wonderful and supportive parents and partners for all you do in supporting the school. I immensely value your relationship, love, care, endurance, encouragement, corrections and our togetherness. By God’s grace, I am looking forward to the opportunity to serve you with all my zest without flinching, better than I have ever done.

I also use this medium to apologize to all our parents who might have been wronged or not satisfied in whatever way, to please kindly forgive us. We trust the lord to help us to do better in the coming term.

Ø  2020/2021 Admission


Admission forms are out for students in JSS 1, JSS 2, SS 1 and SS 2 for 2020/2021 session. The form can be obtained in the registries office through the payment of #5,000 to Amoye Micro- Finance Bank Ikere-Ekiti. Account Number: 201004948.

Ø  Payment of  School Fees

School fees should be paid to the appropriate bank account as stipulated in the school bill NO CASH PAYMENT.

Ø  External Examination

Parents are employed to encourage students in certificate classes and those writing external promotion examinations to prepare very hard for the forth coming exams:
SS 3: WAEC & NECO
JSS 3: JSCE & BECE
SS 2: UNIFIED PROMOTION EXAMINATION


SS3 AND JS3 STUDENTS:  
We want to admonish all parents with ward(s) in SS3 and JSS3 to ensure they monitor their wards during the holiday, bearing in mind that they are preparing for series of external examinations scheduled to hold in 2020.


SCHOOL FEES
Every Student should come along with the evidence of full payment of School fees No Student shall be allowed to enter into the School compound without fulfilling the aforementioned conditions.
It should be note that the feeding fee for boarding Students have been reviewed from N33,000 to N38,050 as a result of hike in prices of goods in the country.


LESSON FEE; 
The afternoon lesson fee of N2,000 is compulsory for all Students from JSS1 to SS3. This will be collected at the school gate at resumption.


BULLYING; 
The school has zero tolerance to bullying and maltreatment of Junior students by the senior ones. Any student reported on this wicked act will be expelled from the school immediately. PLEASE WARN YOUR WARD(S)


ELECTRONIC GADGETS; 
Videotapes, Walkman, Audio-tapes, Videogames, Phones and lots more should note be brought to school. Offenders will forfeit such to the school.


HAIR DO; 
Boys and Girls should keep their hair short and tidy. NO STYLE apart from low cut. Beards and Moustaches are not allowed. The use of cosmetics and any form of make-up is forbidden.

Boarding House Students should not bring to School can beverages. Rather, they should bring sachet refill or plastic ones. Also while coming, Boarding House Students should submit the following items in the hostel on resumption.
1 pack of Tissue paper
1 medium sized Detol
1 big Harpic
1 big broom, and

Air freshener
